These terms govern your use of walkingwithstyle.vip and any services you book through us.

Using the site

The site is provided as-is. Be decent. Don't abuse it, scrape it, or try to break it.

Bookings & cancellations

• A deposit may be required to hold your appointment slot.
• Cancellations 48+ hours ahead get a full refund of any deposit. Inside 24 hours, we'll reschedule once at no cost; after that deposits are non-refundable.
• No-shows forfeit the deposit. Life happens — just message us and we'll work with you.

Purchases & returns

• Every piece is individually sourced; most are one-of-one. Descriptions include measurements and condition notes — read them before buying.
• Returns on online purchases are accepted within 7 days of delivery for store credit, minus shipping. Items must return unworn with tags.
• Pop-up and in-person sales are final.

Ministry sessions

Ministry-track sessions are gifts. No contract, no fine print. If we've agreed to help you, we'll follow through.

Liability

Styling is subjective. We'll do our best work for you, but we aren't responsible for outcomes beyond the session itself (the job, the date, the prom).
